Our Role

Hariyali.pk are more than sellers, we are caretakers of Air Purifying Plants, Stress Relieving Plants, Low-Light Plants, Office Table Plants, and Bedroom Plants. Each plant is nurtured by us before it reaches you. Once delivered, our role shifts to guiding you with care tips and advice so your plant can thrive in its new environment.

Online Store Terms

  • Our plants and products should be used responsibly and only for their intended purpose to bring nature, freshness, and beauty into your space.
  • Any misuse, including using our platform for fraudulent activity, is strictly prohibited.

General Conditions

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone if necessary (for example, if safe delivery isn’t possible in your area).
  • Your order details may be securely shared with our logistics partners (like TCS or Leopards) to complete your delivery.
  • Credit card and payment information is always encrypted and handled with care.

Accuracy of Information

We do our best to share accurate information about each plant, including size, growth habits, and care needs. However, every plant is a living thing, and slight differences in color, shape, or leaf patterns are natural. We ask you to accept these as part of the beauty of working with live plants.

Products & Services

  • Some of our plants and pots may be available only in certain regions due to courier access.

  • Quantities may be limited, and availability can change with the seasons.

  • Images on our site are real, but due to natural variations, the plant you receive may look slightly different.

Orders & Billing

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order (for example, if a plant is out of stock or cannot be shipped safely).
  • You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information to ensure smooth delivery.

Care Guidance & Responsibility

As gardener, we share care instructions for every plant you receive. Once delivered, it is your responsibility to follow these instructions, providing water, light, and space as recommended. Hariyali.pk cannot be held responsible for damage caused by improper care after delivery.

Damages & Replacements

  • If your plant arrives with uprooted roots, broken stems, or dried leaves beyond recovery, you may request a replacement as per our Refund & Replacement Policy.
  • Planters and pots will be replaced only if they arrive visibly damaged.

Intellectual Property & Content

All content on Hariyali.pk including plant descriptions, guides, and images created by our team of experts and remains our property. You may not copy or redistribute it without permission.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use Hariyali.pk or its content to:

  • Engage in unlawful activities.
  • Misrepresent plant care or resell under false claims.
  • Upload harmful code, spam, or misleading content.

Warranties & Limitations

We guarantee that plants are shipped fresh and healthy. However, since plants are living beings, their growth and survival depend on your care. We cannot promise identical results for every home, as conditions like light, humidity, and temperature vary.
